Print Page - Export to PDF not possible

Hi,

every time we try to export a report as PDF (select PDF Render option) we get a gray page with error 500. Excel and HTML works fine, i couldn't find any steps for the confiugration, so i think it should work right out of the box?

We using 11.2.4 on Windows Server 2019.

I'm sorry for the bad question but i have absolutely no idea which information could be relevant for this issue.

Do you have any blocks in the report with a very big size?

I also testet this with a small crosstable but leads to the same result.
