Hey Folks,
We're looking at getting a license of the Motio pi product and received two quotes, one from IBM and one from Motio itself. The IBM one was triple the price with no differences in what's offered. Just wondering if anyone had any insight on what's behind this aside from the obvious.

You would need to reach out to Motio to ask, I think. I'm guessing they have an OEM agreement in place for IBM to resell their products. It seems strange that there is such a huge price difference though.
Incidentally, you are posting on a forum owned by BSP - Motio's main competitor. Have you compared BSP's MetaManager in terms of functionality and price? Might be worth a look?

I didnt' realize this was a BSP thing or that it was a competitor, we haven't signed anything yet, so I will indeed check out the offerings!
