I am suddenly having the exact same problem in Cognos Analytics 11.2.4FP4.

I found https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/cm-advanced-parameters-help-content-store-locking-issues, but it seems odd that I would need to do any of that since it wasn't needed a few hours ago.

Any idea how I can track down the source of this problem?

Also getting this:

QuoteCM-REQ-4159 Content Manager returned an error in the response header. The error "cmAuthenticateFailed CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login." can be found in the response SOAP header.
