Title: Cognos 8.4 and IIS 7

Hi. I've installed Cognos 8.4 and tried to configure it to work with IIS 7. When I open the Cognos homepage a whole lot of broken image links are displayed and the following javascript error is displayed in the bottom left corner of the browser:

ccpopupmenu is undefined.

Any ideas?

Check if there is a folder called "images" in
../c8/webcontent/samples/

Hey Louisy

You will need to copy the contents of the “webcontent” folder from “c8/webcontent” to “c8/webapps/p2pd”.

Then refresh the browser after the copy is complete. After that you should be able to see the images.
