Open up report studio , press F1 and search for 'conditional formatting'.
The first entry of the search is called 'defining conditions' and it is quite an elaborate story that takes you through the important steps  :-\

@pooja: Don't missunderstand me, but the most of your posts are basic understanding of working with Report Studio. Maybe a Report Studio Training would be useful for you.

cheers

I think Lindero simply wants to make a point that with some training and the use of the extensive help you can find your own way that much faster.
It is not just a matter of whether only complex issues are suitable for posting. Some basic stuff may still need clarification and then it is all right to post   ;) ;)

I second the posts above.
You really need to go through documentation for basic understanding.

The point is, if you just keep on asking one simple issue at a time, your progress will be slow.
But if you go through documentation, you'll have all the basic knowledge and you can advance quicker.
