Can i publish Assumption Cubes? If so how?

Can’t you publish assumption cube changing the Access level for read only?

Thanks for the reply.  Don't think so.  I have other cubes in this section with access that don't give me the option to Publish.  I think i can only publish Cubes with an EList.

Does anyone know if this is correct?

you can publish assumption cube, it doesnt matter if its hidden or read. i never needed to publish assumption cube so somebody can prove it out.

The main idea of assumption cube is to hold some kind of data, you can publish this d cubes but can’t edit them.

I dont think i have done anything specific to enable assumption cube publish. may be i missing something

Have you looked at publishing out of Analyst for this cube?

Other option is to look at whether you have selected a dimension for publish for this cube.

I haven't thought about publishing out of Analyst, i'll take a look.

The cube i require isn't in the list to set a dimension for publish.  Any ideas?

I think the possibilty to publish assumption cubes is only available when using table only layout (not view layout)

I believe assumption cubes publishing was added in 8.2. For 8.1 you will have to prepare workarouond - duplicate the cube as contribution, copy data using dlink, publish.
