Hi Everyone,

I have no idea where to post this kind of question....

I have problem to download documents from this site it is asking for login details.

can any one provide with the details it will be a great help.

Those pdf's are for customers only, so you need a support account.
When you click cancel on the authentication window, you are redirected to a page that helps you set one up.
If you're not a customer, it's not gonna work.

I think you have 3 options:

1. Become a customer and buy the product which includes a 1 year full access to support.cognos.com.
2. Let go of the thought of getting your hands on those pdf's.
3. Ask the visitors here that are paying customers to abuse their support account to download and forward you whatever you want.
