Hi

Our Cognos Application server has an AIX core with Multi threading enabled. From OS perspective we have 2 logical processors. So while configuring Cognos can I consider it as 4 BIbus processes(2 logical processors) or 2 BIBus processes(1 physical processor).

I would really appreciate any help.

I'd go for 3 BiBus processes seeing that Cores still share some buses so they aren't really the same as 2 physical CPUs.
