Hi,
We recently installed a new webserver in our C8 environment. When we did the setup of it, we basically copied the settings from the old webserver.
Now we face problems when trying to run reports in html. Reports created before the new webserver was installed, is working, but no new ones. Anyone know what might be the problem here?
The complete error is:
HTTP Status 404 -

message
description The requested resource () is not available.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache Tomcat/4.1.27
Running the reports as pdf works, so it must be some problems with the webserver, but I really can´t find out what it can be.

Try this .....................
make sure that the cm and crconfig directories exist under the Cognos\crn\temp directory. If the directories are missing, you must create them.

Thanks, I will look into it. We might have pin pointed the problems now, there could be some errors in the packages, cause some reports can be created.
