Title: Unable to disable a report

I am trying to disable the report so that user can only see it but cant run it. It should be greyed out. I only granted read access to the report, but then when the user clicks on it, it opens up report studio for them. please advice

Click on property on the report.

Go on the report tab and choose "Open report" as default action.

Don't give them access to report studio, easy answer there :)

However, if they only have read permissions and aren't the owner they shouldn't be able to edit it.  They can still open up the report, but they can't change it.

hi just give them read and traverse permission on report level
