Hi,
I am in need of one solution my scenerio is
There are 100 reports, my client wants all the report be updated and published to the customer on every friday.But the report should be delivered in encrypted fromat and it should not be viewed by any one but it should be in printable format,Is this possible in cognos if so pls let me know?

You can force Cognos to send a PDF encrypted with Password protection. It should be under settings for the PDF output in your advanced properties. Let me know if you need any other help on this. dadkison@brightstarpartners.com

You would not be able to print without opening the file, so the encryption would work until the password was given.
