Hi all

Have a strange issue with regard to PDFs. We are running 8.4 and have a number of schedules setup to email reports by PDF. The emails are generating fine but what is happening is the report is being attached 3 or 4 times and has 'en-gb' appended to the report name.

Has anybody has similar issues and been able to resolve?

There are multiple languages selected in the report. Open each report and verify that only a single language is selected.

Report Studio > File > Report Preferences > Lanuages

I don't have an option for Report Preferences within Report Studio. There is Report Properties but that contains Styles and Page Breaks. Can you please advise where I should be looking

HI,

In Cognos Connection
Click on Run with Advanced Options Button option for the particular Report.
Click on languages and deselect the languages from the list.
