Hello guys,

In Cognos 8.4, I know that there is 2 main language options,

Product Locale : which is one of 4 language (English, French, Dutch, Japanese I think .. )

Content Locale : which is one of many locales available.

After I installed my environment, I found that the all contents by default is adjusted to English ( United States ). How/where can I change this so that the default locale for all my reports to be just English. I don't want to change this for each report, I want this change to be global on the server level.
