Title: Event management service

Hi ,
On of the dispatcher's - Event management service shows unavailable. i tried to start the service but throws error " DPR-ERR-2100 The service failed to stop: CNC-SDS-0334 Error when stopping the JMS service.." In configuration it set it as true. Any other suggestion are welcome.
