Hi,
My cognos reports(reports,jobs) are getting failed if I run them in the background. I tried both scheduling and run with options. The reports are working if i run them interactively from report studio/analysis studio.
If I schedule a report, it will show failed status within 2 seconds from the scheduled time, without logging any error messages. I tried tracking the errors from audit and it is logging the below error:
"RSV-SRV-0066 A soap fault has been returned. "
I tried restarting the batch report service and still it is not working.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue?
What version and fp are you on?
Is this a single or multi-server install?
