Title: Dispatcher URI success after 3 times enter

Hi,

I  use the dispatcher URI - http://mdec7:9700/p2pd/servlet/dispatch.  when i enter first time it shows one xml, second time it shows like below . 3rd time when i do refresh dispatcher laucnhes to ask UID,pwd. why it is happening like this. can i skip the first 2 step.

The XML page cannot be displayed

The download of the specified resource has failed. Error processing resource 'http://tecgnpm7:9100/p2pd/servlet/dispatch'.

Maybe a dumb question from my side, but why ain't you connecting to http://mdec7/cognos8/ ?
