Title: Cognos Upgrade Manager

I am upgrading Cognos from version 8.3 to version 8.4. I am using the IBM upgrade manager to execute and compare reports on the source & target instances of Cognos. I am getting the following message in the target 8.4 instance

Unable to complete action for this report because there were unfulfilled prompts. Please verify the report's prompt values.

I have manually inputted the prompts in upgrade manager but it continues to give me the above message when I execute the target report. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I am having the same issue with an upgrade to 8.4.  Have you submitted to IBM and if so have you had any response?

Yes, in my case it is because of multiple sign-ons. The IBM Cognos bug is PM03246.
