Hi Friends
I am new to Cognos Admin,any one can help me on this issue, as a admin how can i change my user's password,actually after expire of password it will automatically ask change the password,but one of my user has forgot his old password so as a admin how can i modify his password.

Hi,

This is not a function of Cognos 8. Your Cognos 8 server uses external authentication (LDAP, Active Directory, NTLM etc) and you need to use the tools bundled with your external authentication provider to create users and manage passwords.
