Title: Cognos 8.3 to 8.4 upgrade and Cognos planning dependancies

Hi,
We are currently runing 8.3 for Cognos reporting and for Cognos Planning as well. I we wish to upgrade to 8.4 for both BI and planning can anybody share checklist of the steps that we should carry out for the upgrade ?
