Title: Cognos Report Studio Refresh usin Button

Hi All,

I want my report to be refreshed using some button in report studio. Basically when data gets change, we need to refresh report as well as promps.

pls let me know how we can achieve this in cognos 8.4.

The simplest way is..place the Reprompt button in the page, in generaL reprompt will work as Refresh only

Hi All,

I have tried to put button with reprompt and it doesn;t work. is there any other way out to refresh report studio data and promts.

FYI: There is no seprate Prompt page is there. All prompts and list are on report page.

If we place Reprompt button then  all the prompt values Selected will vanish  But we  need to keep these selected Prompt values as it is and page must refresh !
