We are facing a strange issue...
Every monday morning users are enable to login with there credentials. No error message is coming at this time, just credentials typed-in are failing.
ADAM is the authentication Provider.
Once we bounce back the Gateway JVM ( Gateway is installed on a seperate machine ) issue is getting resolve.
Sometimes issue is getting resolve automatically in 15-20 minutes.
Many reports/jobs/batchjobs are scheduled to run on monday morning.
Is this issue related to caches or memory or something like that ?

How many users login at a time, this generally happens when you have less RAM on the server (Webserver along with Application server) where the Cognos is installed... Check out the RAM i feel the RAM is less increase the RAM you won't face this issue any more ..... !

Another possibility is to check with your operations staff. Since it occurs every Monday morning, perhaps there are some automated things happening over the weekend, e.g. a server reboots weekly, that might affect your connectivity.
