It's a big topic. Take a look at the Access Manager Administration Guide - this details the whole process of getting an Access Manager namespace up and working. Come back to us with any specific questions you may have along the way.

Hi MFGF,

i have installed cognos 7.3 and while running the localhost/cognos it is giving me the page which is saying loading upfront and nothing is happening can any body help me regarding this.

Hi MF,

Another huge topic .. there are so many things that can cause this issue.

It's may not help you, but I've found the cheapest way to install and configure AM and Cognos server software is getting one of Cognos' consultants in for a day.
