How maintain the cache in metric studio

Hi All

I have Cognos 8.4 BI server along with a metric server.

Created my metric types and scorecards, the issue i am facing is that when i call my metric / scorecards on a page (a multi page dashboard) then it is taking approx 30 sec as it has 150 metric types.
So can any one help me out in giving a solution how to maintain the cache time increase ... !
