Is there a Forum for CAFE? I can't see it and I know my eyes are getting weaker as I am getting younger every day   :)

And how about Business Insight Advanced? I see one for Business Insight, but I suppose it is different enough to warrant a separate board.

Do we have a forum for designing ? Let's say you are building a new DW and have a question on the approach or design..

I have a question on MDM, I want to build a Customer Master and the same customer comes from 3 different source systems having different IDs. We cannot determine who is the same customer depending on the name etc because people change their first names, get married/divorced and change second name. move so change their address, lost the cell phone so that changes too and the Tax ID is not captured either ...

I know this has been done numerous times in the world, customer master is not new for anybody but what is new is the source data you are dealing with compared to what you dealt earlier.

Following some great work by Andy and his team at Avnet BSP, we now have a Cognos Analysis for Excel (CAFE) board within the Cognos 10 section! :)

MF.
