Ibm Cognos Office

Hello guys.

I'm having 2 issues with IBM Cognos Office.

1-I have an excel map where I've set a context filter, but every time I update data I lose this context filter, it just disappear.

2-I have another excel map, where an article disappear from the list every time we update data. Another issue is that all the other articles belonging to the same group of articles are doubled everytime we update data.

Can someone help me with this?
