Hi Everybody

They can help me with this please ?? :'(

I made an installation of Cognos Express 10.2.1 , but the first time was corrupted, now I can not install the client framework, when I try to install it in the same path "D:/IBM/Cognos Express/client Framework", not installed properly and error box appears "the product does not exist in this location or the version information could not be determined

should delete something ?, it's the second time I install and I still have problem with that client

Looks like you have installed Express on a non-default drive? Did you check the pre-reqs before installing?
