The Cognos connection does not opens on Office document. It opens in browser

Hi guys,
 
I have installed Cognos for MS Office 10.2.2.

When connecting to Cognos and enter my authentications (user name and password) opens the browser (Internet Explorer) not as have to be report directory on the right side of the Power Point (for example) panel. I mean, where is a navigation window in the Cognos Plugin.
Thus I cannot use the reports on MS Office tools like Power Point, Excel and so.

Does anybody have an idea where can be the problem?

Hi guys,

I found where is the problem.
The Cognos server have had some functionality restrictions for security.
That's why I cannot use Cognos Office.
