Getting an error in Cafe

We have 10.2.2 and I have a user getting the following error when she attempts to commit.  I know it's something simple, but I can't figure out what is causing this.

The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Never mind.  I figured out what I did wrong.  I hadn't set dimension security for 2 new dimensions.
