You really haven't given us much to go on here. All we know is you can't log in. We don't know how that is manifesting itself though - error, no login page, recurring login page,, incorrect login, something else? We don't know what version of Cognos BI you are using or what version of MS Office you are using. We don't know how (or even if) authentication is defined for your Cognos instance.

Imagine I posted saying "I can't log in to my laptop. Please tell me how to solve this". You wouldn't know how to help me because I would have given you no real details to work with. It's no different here - we need as many details as you can give us to be able to help you...
