BMT-IMP-0002 Failed to execute metadata request

Hello Gurus,

I am using Congos Analytics 11.0.4. I am trying to create a Data Module in Cognos Analytics by connecting directly to the DB, the connection is successful but I do not see any schema. I do have Oracle JDBC driver that I got from the client into the drivers' folder but still no luck. I tried to connect through the FM to see if I am able to see the tables and when I try to run metadata wizard and select the connection which tested succesfully, I get the following error:

 "BMT-IMP-0002 Failed to execute metadata request. dataSourceConnectionNotFoundCAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2016-10-08-22:39:21.658-#6"

I will really appreciate your help.
