Cognos Mobile installation problem

Hello everybody,
Currently we are using Cognos Express v. 10.2.1. We need to work with IBM Cognos Mobile which i can access but i can not load any of my reports (only white screen load). We found some fix packs, but problem is we can not install them / upgrade to new version (as you can see on screen below). Does anybody know how to deal with this problem?

Hi,
Cognos 10.2.1 and Cognos Express 10.2.1 are physically different products with different installers, different fix packs and different default install locations. It looks to me like you are trying to install a fix pack for Cognos BI 10.2.1 rather than for Cognos Express 10.2.1? You need to get the correct Cognos Express 10.2.1 fix pack and install this. When you go to the Fixcentral site, when selecting your product choose "Cognos Express" rather than "Cognos Business Intelligence"
