Error when connecting to Metadata source

Error Message: "BMT-MD-0003 CCL-BIT-0031 The requestor cannot connect to the provider at the URL http://localhost:9300/bi/v1/disp. Code: -2,113,929,210.

What does this error mean? How should I go about resolving it? Thank you in advance!

Make sure that the Environment page in the FM Cognos Configuration tool has the same Gateway URI and Dispatcher URI as the ones you set in the Cognos Configuration tool for your BI server.
