Manual Entries are not picked for elimination

Hi, I have passed some additional entries on company level where some of them are defined as intercompany accounts, hence to be eliminated in adjusting column, But unfortunately the amount considered for elimination is only the loaded data discarding the data passed through the manual entry .... any solution or shall I clarify more?
