backing up Query Studio reports/queries
« on: 12 Apr 2017 08:46:56 am »
Hi all.  I've ran into a situation where I've been tasked to try to figure out how to back up my users' Query Studio reports (I will spare the details why; it's a long -and unpleasant-story).   How can I do this or is it even possible?  I've been looking at a few options.

1. Export/Import report at XML - I can get the QS reports out as XML, but can I import it back in?

2.  Using an SDK - this looks like might a viable option but I don't know where to download it from or how to install or use it.

You can get your Admin to create a deployment archive containing whichever folders are required in the content store - if the whole CS is backed up, you will have everything. :)

Cheers!
