10.2.2 Query Studio Date Picker only returns last day of the month.

We recently upgraded from 10.1 to 10.2.2.  Query Studio now only functions in Firefox and in firefox we are getting weird behavior. If you try to apply a filter to a date column the From and To date pickers always return the last day of the month.  Select March 11, 2018 and the text changes to March 31,2018.
Report Studio Date Pickers work normally.

So the only way to select any date that isn't the last day of the month is to manually type in the text.

I can't find any mention of this online.  We can't figure out what is causing it.  Both our testing and production systems behave this way.
We are using the latest version of Firefox 61.0.1

It's strange that 10.1 worked so much better with our current version browsers.  10.2.2 FP10 is causing all sorts of browser specific issues.

According to the Supported Environments page, only ESR (Extended Support Release) versions of Firefox are supported with Cognos 10.2.2, and specifically builds 38, 45 and 52:

Also, make sure you have cleared your browser cache if you have previously used Cognos 10.1

Query Studio should function normally in Internet Explorer (versions 8.0, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0) also.
