Event Studio Report without FM Package

Can we create a Event Studio Report without a package.

If Yes, I wanted to Execute the Event Studio Report only when the records are fetched. If there are No Records then Event Studio report should not Trigger.

Hi,

A package is the only mechanism by which an Event Studio agent has access to data. It won't have any access to records without a package. It's a bit like asking if you can drive a car without any wheels
