Need to send a report to multiple people with difference parameter

Dear all,

I am new in Cognos and I am using a Cognos bundle with IBM OpenPages (it should be ver 10).

What I is doing is
1) defined a event list - ToUser
2) added report task with parameters to capture ToUser
3) send the email to "ToUser"

ToUser should be a list of user.  Example there has 4 people in "ToUser" list, A1, A2, A3 and A4
Suppose this 4 values will pass to the report separate and produce a report then send to corresponding people

Now, found that the report generates process only capture one of the parameters (guess is top 1) and then send to this 4 peoples...

Is that Event Studio can do what I want?
