SDK over SSL

I have employed SSL on my development server.  Now trigger.bat won't work.

I found this doc (https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21690318), but it's for 10.2.2 and fails at the first step.  It is also unclear about whether any of the steps take place on the machine that is running the SDK app (trigger.bat).

Please help.
