SDK - How to import with upgrade all report specifications to the latest version

Hello,
 I am new to Cognos SDK and unfortunately I do not have access to the SDK samples folder

We are trying to automate the migration from C10 to C11. The part to export and import are all good, except I am not able to find a way to upgrade the report spec along with the import.

If you do the import manually, there is this option "Upgrade all report specifications to the latest version". (Please see attached screenshot)
Does anyone know how to implement this through SDK?
