Descending Sort on Filter (All Tabs)

Hi guys, I have a question.
I have a year field (I created this field using _year(creationdate) in FM.
I'm making a dashboard and the customer wants me to sort this year in descending order. It wouldn't be a problem if this year field were in a list or graph, but she wants this year to be sorted when it is in the filter (All tabs), so it would have to be sorted directly in FM for when loading the package in Cognos, it already come that way.

I tried in every way and I couldn't sort it on FM, any tips?
