Error while testing a datasource query subject in FrameworkManager.

Hi,

I am getting following error while testing a query subject in FrameworkManager.
----------------------
XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered: DPR-ERR-2008 The dispatcher is unable to process the request. The request is directed to an unknown service name: http://www.ibm.com/xmlns/prod/cognos/queryService/201404/.local.
CAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2022-04-21-05:03:56.008-#3

1.We have multitier architecture in cognos and in Framework Manager Cofiguration I have provided the "Gateway URI" and " Dispatcher URI for external applications" same as in cognos configuration of application tier.
2.We have also enabled the Query Service in Cognos Configuration.
Can you please help us in resolving this issue?

Hi,

Have you verified that the Query Service is actually running? If you go into the Admin Console and into Status > System > <Your application server> > <Your dispatcher> does the Query Service show as "Available" or does it show as "Unknown"? Any errors about the Query Service in your cognosserver.log file?
