Hello, I'm new to a Cognos re-design implementation and am trying to wrap my head around the flexibility of the tool. Research suggests that Cognos is built to pull from and utilize the IBM Carbon Design system but in actual practice/demos with our dev team it doesn't look like the drag and drop components are producing Carbon design style outputs.

Some initial design questions I'd have include:
- Is there any information or documentation on what (if any) design system foundation Cognos pulls from?
- Can USWDS or Carbon be introduced to help standardize reports within a design framework?
- If neither of the above are true, is there any documentation on the existing components it does create from and their limitations?
- What experience have others had working with designers and/or building off of wireframes in Cognos? What worked well and what really, really didn't?
