can not get property number for...

Team,

I get this error message in Cognos Query.  The only solution I've seen thus far is attributable to migration, and packing,  files not being moved.

This is not the case for me.  I have not done a migration.  IBM Cognos support doesn't coop with my query searches.  Assist?  Thanks in advance!
